We have instant gas hot water available, to ensure no one misses out on a hot shower or bath! Outside features a large undercover deck with magnesium salt therapeutic jacuzzi, BBQ, dining table, lounge area with a gas heater. Further up the garden you will find a firepit and stacked wood. This really is a home away from home, boasting maximum comfort. The perfect location when visiting the Victorian High Country, whether its for skiing, snowboarding, horse-riding, 4WD-ing, mountain biking, hiking or just relaxing with a mulled wine or hot chocolate amongst the snowy gums.

When we're not on the road, we love spending time at our holiday house in beautiful Sawmill Settlement, just minutes from Mt Buller. Our place is all about comfort, relaxation, and making the most of the great outdoors, whether you're here for snow adventures, mountain biking, or just a peaceful escape. Sawmill Settlement is a peaceful, family-friendly spot at the base of Mt. Buller, surrounded by beautiful gum trees and native wildlife. Wake up to the sound of kookaburras laughing in the trees, and keep an eye out for deer gently making their way down the road in the early morning. Kids will love spotting kangaroos, possums, and even wombats, which often visit the backyard or nearby bushland. It’s the perfect place to relax, explore, and reconnect with nature.
