If you're looking for a Bondi rental with breathtaking views this is it ! North facing overlooking the entire Bondi beach from the south headland, this is a rare gem! One of Sydney's most exclusive locations with arguably one of the best views. Watch the sun rise over the ocean from either the spacious master bedroom, lounge room and dining. Guests will enjoy whale watching from the comfort of our apartment. The apartment has open plan living / kitchen area, bedrooms are quiet, away from street and neighbourhood noise. The fresh ocean air flowing through is rejuvenating and a joy to live in. Bathroom has a large tub and filtered shower water. Kitchen has granite bench tops, a gas stove and mid-sized fridge. Eco-flam cookware, 4 slice toaster and all the necessities for 4 person dining. Bedroom 1 : King bed OR two single beds (on request) Bedroom 2 : Queen bed Every need within short 3-8 min walking distance. Shops, cafes, bars, restaurants, surf, swim, rock pools, street parking, public transport. 3 min walk to the iconic Icebergs 50m ocean pool, sauna, gym, yoga, dining complex. 2-5 min walk to bus stops. Taxi rank nearby so calling a cab is easy. 15 mins drive to city downtown. 5-10 mins to Bondi junction and train. Large flat screen TV. Please keep music volume low with consideration for our neighbours. Thank you. The ocean is at your doorstep. Marks Park is next to the security building. World famous Bondi to Bronte walk is through the back gate. Now with a work from home station set up in the living room, facing the ocean. PARKING No parking space is available. Parking is restricted to 2 hours directly out front. Alternatively, unlimited free street parking can be found nearby on Farrellys Ave. You may apply for a short term residents permit to park out front day/ night . The short term residents permit is easiest to obtain from the Waverley Council office at The Bondi Pavilion. Free all night parking is also available on all streets from 10pm.
