Watch boats, dolphins, and birds sail by from your private and fully equipped abode. Perfect for cooking, and relaxing. City Centre 14 mins, Shops 7 mins, Airport 22 mins, and MONA 7 mins drive. Close to major tourist routes. This unique waterfront property is set high up with waterfront access and expansive views for you to enjoy. The Waterfront Abode 2 bedroom apartment is the only "Room" available for booking. There will be no other guests booked at this property. Room is double-glazed with insulated walls and ceilings for both sound reduction and temperature control. The living area & Master Bedroom both have uninterrupted views of the Derwent River and the Mt Wellington ranges.
I enjoy looking after guests and ensuring a comfortable, easy stay. I am an open and honest communicator. I love cultural and historical places. I connect with people from all walks of life. Otago is a mature, quiet semi-rural suburb of Hobart. Close to easy walking nature tracks. Many species of birds, and some wildlife. A very low-density suburb that is peaceful and beautifully maintained. The bus route is located on Otago Bay Road and stops outside this property. Northgate shopping center is 7mins by car with free 2hr parking.
