Welcome to Unit 34 Seafront Estate, within a stunning complex located right in the heart of Jurien Bay. With only a very short walk to Jurien Bay's most stunning beaches, great fishing spots and beautiful parks at your fingertips, why would you not want to stay here! With a pool to relax by a wadding pool for toddlers and communal BBQs perfect for entertaining or cooking the daily catch for tenant use. Large grassed areas for the kiddies to run around and have cartwheel competitions, the cool Bali feel gazebos are the perfect position for Judging (10/10).
Unit 34 is furnished with air-conditioning to the main living area & main bedroom and ceiling fans in the bedrooms. This Unit sleeps 6 guests and the bedding arrangement is 2 x Queens & 2 x Singles.
Please note: Bedding and Linen is supplied, sheets, towels & bathmats.
Only enough consumables for one night.
What to Bring: All properties are furnished; however please note that these houses/villas/units are NOT serviced. You will need to supply any items that are used on a daily basis such as food, rubbish bags, dishwashing liquid, soap, shampoo, toilet paper and any other toiletries and cleaning products.

Sorry No Pets - any breach of this condition will incur a one hundred dollar pet cleaning fee automatically deducted from your Credit/Debit Card and the pet must vacate immediately.
The Seafront Estate has parking for 2 cars.
A holiday rental agreement is required to be completed for all bookings. The rental agreement requires details of your name, address, number of guests as well as credit card and drivers licence details.
Mastercard or Visa Card details will be required for security/bond purposes.
