Enjoy easy access to everything from this perfectly located home near Perth City Centree. This is a beautifully designed and spacious 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom, and 2 kitchen townhouse located in the heart of Perth. Perfectly located to enjoy the best of what Perth has to offer, our home is just minutes away from some of the city's top attractions, bars, and restaurants. Property has 1 secure car parking bay in the garage, and 1 tandem parking bay in the ope on the driveway. Centrally air-conditioned accommodation with a balcony, this property offers access to free private parking and offers free high speed WiFi. The property is non-smoking and is located walking distance to Northbridge. This spacious holiday home has 4 bedrooms, 2 flat-screen TVs and a fully equipped central kitchen that provides guests with a dishwasher, an oven, a washing machine, a microwave and a fridge. Towels and bed linen are provided in the holiday home.
I live close by, and will be happy to assist if need be.
This Townhouse is located in a quiet street very close to Perth central city. Northbridge is at walking distance that hosts top of the class restaurants & cafes. Woolworths, Pharmacy, Fuel station and bus stop are all 5 minutes walk away.
