A Very comfortable granny flat with full kitchen, bedroom, bathroom, living area plus private enclosed courtyard. There is a sofa bed in the living room both bedroom and living rooms have TV's
We host another property in Yass and also an apartment in Canberra. Iam a retired farmer/pilot and Mary my wife is a retired lawyer. So we are pretty busy with the three properties but we enjoy meeting and welcoming our guests. We have a pretty high rating.
Yass iis a country town and is a popular stopping place between east and south.
