New to Holiday letting, this very spacious 3 bedroom 2 bathroom property sleeps 8 guests and features a fantastic front and back grass yard where you may bring your dog on holidays too. This house has a very serene feel and is beautifully presented with everthing for you to enjoy a fabulour holiday walking distance to the beach, shops, restaurants and cafes. There is enough space to put your boat, and a boat ramp nearby. 1 King bed in the master with TV and open ensuite, 2 bedrooms each featuring a Double and Single bed. Additional bathroom and separate toilet. Air conditioning thoughout, laundry, Wifi Undercover outdoor area with BBQ, Fully fenced and secure. Driveway parking, under shade cloth. 2 bikes that can be used Strictly no parties and functions - Please read our terms and conditions Keys to be collected from and returned to our G1 Holiday Office Mooloolaba
