Secluded within 5 acres of bushland, this architect designed home boasts bay views and a seamless connection with it's natural surroundings. This stunning holiday house in Dunsborough was designed with first-class luxuriating in mind. Flawless craftsmanship, clean lines and understated elegance combine to flaunt a contemporary style, setting the scene for an inspired escape. The open plan indoor/outdoor central living area on the ground level features a 9 metre span of glass on each side that retracts to create a wall-less room connecting the front of the house to the rear BBQ deck and pool area. A stylish snug area is adjacent to the main living room, with antique leather Robin Day sofas, 75" LED TV and Sonos sound system. The upper level contains four king bedrooms all with private ensuites and balconies. The Master ensuite is luxurious, with a free-standing bath and separate indoor-outdoor shower with views across the native bushland. This is a home for all seasons with air conditioning in the master bedroom and downstairs living area; ceiling fans throughout; a dual aspect fireplace and outdoor fire pit (winter use only).
