Holiday down south in this well appointed two bedroom two bathroom villa located only minutes from the Dunsborough Township in the Cape Villa's complex. The open plan living/dining area boasts plenty of space to move. The kitchen features modern appliances, a fridge, microwave, dishwasher, oven & hotplate, plenty of crockery & cookware; allowing any budding chef to make a meal in a breeze. The dining table will seat 4 guests, there are plenty of over head storage cupboards for all your supplies. The lounge area as two lounge suites, reverse cycle air-conditioning flat screen Smart TV with WiFi for guest use. The lounge area leads out to a deck area, with Gas Barbecue, bar stools and table. The Master Bedroom has a queen bed, bed side tables with lamps, & ceiling fan with an adjoining en-suite that is well appointed. The Second Bedroom has two single beds, bedside tables with lamps & ceiling fan. The main bathroom is combined with the laundry, with a separate toilet.

Cape Villas is a unique development with two and three bedroom fully furnished self-contained villas each on a separate lot ensuring plenty of room and privacy in a tranquil bush setting within walking distance of central Dunsborough. Fabulous, idyllic, bush hideaway, on a pretty hillside location on the edge of Dunsborough, our villas have either tranquil bush outlook, ocean glimpses or our superior villa that has it all overlooking the trees with ocean views on one side and tranquil bush setting on the other side. Experience the peace and tranquillity of this idyllic setting whilst having the modern facilities of Western Australia’s premier holiday town just a couple of minutes along a paved walkway. Each villa has a balcony or alfresco area where you can sip on a local wine whilst enjoying mother nature’s finest.
