27 Rows on Hermitage offers 4 Boutique Self-contained one and two bedroomed Vineyard cottages (Pet Friendly) on 25 acres including a hobby vineyard.
Located in the heart of the Hunter Valley Wine Country on the popular Hermitage Road Food and Wine Trail. Walking distance to boutique wineries –Tintilla, Piggs Peake, Peter Drayton's Brewhouse Ironbark Hill, McCaffrey’s Estate. Enzos Weddings, Tuscany Estate, Yellow Billy and Two Fat Blokes Gourmet Kitchen are a short walk.
Short driving distances to, Keith Tulloch, Oakvale, Glandore, Leogate, Red Door and Wombat Crossing to name a few. For something different, try Hunter Distillery on Broke Road for their vodka, schnapps, liqueurs, or gin.
Highly awarded Botanica and Muse Kitchen restaurants are only a short drive from the property. 4 Pines @ The Farm, Brokenback Bar, The Mill are only 2 mins drive. Others such as Esca Bimbadgen Estate, Amanda's on the Edge, II Cacciatore, Muse Hungerford Hill, Cuvee Peterson House, Harrigan's Irish Pub, HUNTER VALLEY GARDENS, Oishii and Goldfish at Roache Estate are appox. 10 mins drive.
