Lovely new townhouse! This newly built and lovely 2 bedroom home with open plan design is comfortable, modern and located just a few minutes from the centre of the CBD. Close to shops, cafes, restaurants, gym, hospital and university. Located on a quiet street, in a small complex, there’s FREE unlimited and high speed wifi and the home has new furniture and appliances throughout. The kitchen has a dishwasher, hotplates, oven, fridge\freezer coffee machine and microwave. It’s also fully equipped for you to cook meals. The living area has comfortable sofa seating which is also a double sofa bed, allowing 6 people in total to comfortably sleep. There are 2 flat screen smart TV’s in the home, one in the living area and another in the bedroom. Both bedrooms have king size beds that can be split into singles, let me know your preferences. Enjoy the private courtyard with outdoor dining table, plus indoor dining in the living area. There’s a balcony to the Master bedroom, your own laundry and a single lock up garage for your car, as well as plenty of FREE street parking as well if you need it. The townhouse is centrally located in the CBD. You are a couple of minutes drive to the Hospitals and Day Surgery. It’s just a short walk to the local RSL. It’s a few minutes drive to Dan Murphy's Bottle Shop and the Astor Inn bar and restaurant. You’re only a few minutes drive to major supermarkets and a shopping centre. There are also many major retail shopping brands, boutiques and salons also just a few minutes drive away. The Victoria Hotel is a great spot for lunch or dinner and is a 10 minute walk from home. If you’re in need of a gym, Anytime Fitness is a 10 minute walk. The Farmers Market is held every second Saturday of the month from 8am to 12pm at the Amphitheatre where you can find fresh produce from local farms. The Show Grounds are a few minutes drive away. Visit the wineries at Charles Sturt University or Cottontails Winery. There’s golf at the Wagga Wagga Country Club, one of the best country golf courses in NSW. Wagga Beach is a lovely spot to enjoy a dip in the river, picnics & barbecues. Take the kids for a swim at the Oasis Regional Aquatic Centre which has a turbo pool.
