We specialise in managing a curated collection of unique holiday rentals in the Blue Mountains. Each property is thoughtfully cared for by our dedicated team, ensuring every detail contributes to a memorable stay. We take pride in offering you a comfortable and seamless experience. TRAIN NOISE: • Train noise can occasionally be heard as the train line is a few streets away. ___ 9PM OUTDOOR NOISE RESTRICTION CURFEW: • Due to the close proximity of neighbours near the property, there is a strict noise restriction curfew from 9pm - 8am in all outside areas. ___ IN-HOUSE GUESTS ONLY: • The property is only for use by paid in-house guests that match the number of guests that are on the reservation. ___ NO PARTY OR NOISE DISRUPTION POLICY: • There is a very strict no-party and no-noise disruption policy.

- Refundable Bond: An AU300 refundable bond is payable by credit card 30 days before arrival and is refunded 7 business days after departure.

- Transaction Fee: All payments are subject to a non-refundable 2.9% transaction fee.

- Statement: Payments will appear as ACCOMMODATE BLUE MOUNT on your bank statement.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

- Standard Cancellations: Cancellations made 31 days or more before arrival incur a non-refundable AU$5.00 channel manager fee. Cancellations made within 30 days before arrival are non-refundable.

- Date Transfers: Changes to booking dates are not permitted within 30 days of the arrival date.

- COVID-19 Lockdown: If travel is prohibited due to a COVID-19 lockdown, bookings can be transferred up to one year in advance with one free date change.

- Event Cancellations: Accommodated is not responsible for cancellations of events, functions, or activities. Such cancellations will be governed by our standard cancellation policy.
