Located in South Yunderup, on a corner block with canal frontage on 2 sides, gives the feeling of being on your own island! Just imagine yourself sitting in the spa overlooking the canal with the occasional dolphin passing by, or relaxing in one of several outdoor areas. Tie up your boat to the jetty that runs along the length of the property. Explore the waterways, in the South Yunderup area. Take your boat to get fish and chips or visit the Iconic Ravenswood Hotel. Relax in the spa, while taking in the canal atmosphere. Heat up in the Sauna on a romantic winter getaway. Have a BBQ by the canal, in one the properties outdoor areas. Enjoy fishing from your very own private jetty. Kayak, the canals and Murray River. Launch your boat or Kayak, from the properties very own boat ramp.
Mandurah is considered to be the unofficial gateway to the South West and possesses a variety of tourist attractions, especially based around the water. It is a major fishing and crabbing area in Western Australia, with the city well known for the Blue Manna Crab (Portunus pelagicus) with a festival held in early March known as Crabfest. Like neighbouring settlements Bunbury and Rockingham, dolphins and whales frequent the city annually and dolphin and whale watching are a popular pastime. In December, the canal areas in Mandurah becomes well known for their Christmas lights and special boat cruises are often promoted as a result. Two Zoos lie within the outskirts of the city, as well as a miniature village, a tourist railway and a national park.
