I came to the island 24 years ago as a backpacker for 4 nights and fell in love with it. Beware - it happens to many visitors! We live nearby in Nelly Bay.

Property information

'Beachside Apartment' 16 is a marina-front townhouse apartment with views over the marina, sea, and scenic island views. In a small complex of 20 with a pool, the location is superb in easy walking distance of the ferry, supermarkets, shops, cafes, restaurants and bars. Stairs from the carpark bring you up to the front door on the middle level of the 3 storey building (there is an apartment on the ground floor below). The living level comprises: tiled, air-conditioned living/dining/kitchen opening onto a large covered balcony, plus laundry and toilet. The internal stairs lead up to the top floor with Bedrooms 2 and 3 (each with queen bed, window with mountain views, wardrobe, ceiling fan and air con), family bathroom (separate toilet, shower, bath, vanity), and the Master Bedroom with high ceilings, luxury spa bath ensuite with double basins and large shower, air con, walk-in-wardrobe, ceiling fan and private balcony with water views.
