This unique historical house was built in 1889 for the first Lord Mayor of the Mid North Coast. The architectural features are from the Edwardian and Victorian periods. The ceilings are pressed metal and approximately 4m high. It has a quality fit out including a Beale grand piano of over 105 yrs vintage. You have a secluded half a house with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and totally separate from the manager. The kitchen contains appliances including a modern coffee machine, full size refrigerator and 2 ovens. The gardens are beautiful and you are within walking distance to fabulous cafes and restaurants. The accommodation in the Queen Room can be pet friendly upon request being made to the property manager prior to arrival. A small pet fee is required to be paid at the property upon arrival or departure.

I’m an enthusiastic bed and breakfast provider with an interested in music and arts. Gardening is a passion and I would like to have a self sufficient lifestyle. I enjoy planning for special events and will sometimes have a musician or band play here in the main garden on a Sunday afternoon. I enjoy preparing grazing platters/food for guests which can be organised at an additional fee upon request. I aim to provide quality kitchen provisions from local suppliers and will endeavour to provide a highly memorable experience. Packages can be tailor made to your specific requirements, for example, if you are staying to celebrate an anniversary or would like to book the house to prepare for your wedding, I can organise to have fresh flowers, champagne, fruit platters, charcuterie plates or whatever your heart desires. Wingham House is located on a suburban street and is close to the quaint Wingham CBD and Showground. On some weekends there is more car activity than other weekends due to Wingham Music Festival and the Wingham Rodeo. The shopping centre and Main Street is nearby and has everything you could need. Parking is easy wherever you go and your parking is close to your private entrance.
