Welcome to our lovely family home in Kensington, Adelaide. This attractive 2- bedroom townhouse has been extensively renovated to offer a modern-living, luxury feel in a much sought-after location close to Adelaide City. A short 15 minute walk will take you to Norwood Parade with a multitude of cafes, restaurants and boutique shops to cater for all your dining and entertainment needs. Family and pet friendly, private and quiet, it will feel like a home away from home.

A perfect, convenient location, we are only a skip, hop and a jump from everything you need. Whether you wish to explore the the popular cycling routes or the festivals on offer, experience fine dining or local fare, or a visit from the hills to the seas - Kensington is an ideal spot for you to explore what is on offer in this little part of the world. Public transport options are readily available from The Parade and Kensington Road, both a quick and easy 5 minutes walk away. A breezy 15 minutes bus ride and you are in the hustle and bustle of the city. Taxis and other ride-sharing services are also abundantly available. We truly love this neighbourhood and we know you will love it too!
