This lovely studio apartment is completely private with its own entrance. It is north facing, light and airy. No foot traffic above or beside. A home away from home with touches of luxury. Smart tv, Chromecast and free, fast nbn wifi & Bluetooth speaker. Ceiling fan, air-conditioning and electric heater in winter. Large bedroom studio with super comfy brand new queen size bed, luxury linen and a selection of pillows for your comfort. Plenty of storage space. The bathroom has a rain head shower, bath, basin and toilet. Fluffy towels and quality toiletries are provided. In the living area of the studio there is a fully equipped kitchenette consisting of sink, fridge, kettle, espresso machine, toaster, sandwich press and microwave oven. Lovely private balcony area with seating, table and chairs. A welcome basket for breakfast is provided when you arrive, as well as a few treats and basics to get you started. For every guest the apartment is cleaned to a 5 star standard. All linen including pillow and mattress protectors are freshly laundered. If your stay is more than two weeks, a weekly room service will be provided at a time which suits you which will include cleaning and fresh linen. IMPORTANT INFO ABOUT PET BOOKINGS Dogs must be pre-approved before we agree to host. Only well behaved, child & dog friendly adult dogs will be accepted, sorry no puppies. Dogs are allowed inside the apartment, we just ask that they do not go on the beds or sofas. We have a 10m x 8m enclosed dog yard with lockable kennels if you wish to leave your dogs for a short time. The fence height is 1.5m. Please also wash/groom your dog before arriving. We also have 3 well behaved dogs on site.

We are located on 1 acre, within a 10 minute walk of the village. Public transport is at the gate. Country lane walks are at the gate. 20 minutes drive from Berry, Nowra and many beautiful rural villages. Bush walks, waterfalls, kayaking, golf, horse riding and much more.
