Just a 15-minute walk from Cowes main street and the beach, it offers the perfect coastal escape. Ideal year-round, the home features air conditioning, heating, and solar-heated swimming pool with a wading area for children. Chef-grade amenities including twin Technika ovens and a butler’s pantry enhance the stunning kitchen. Floor-to-ceiling glass opens to the pool and alfresco deck with BBQ, while upstairs boasts a second living area with views of Western Port Bay. Accommodating 10 guests, Xenia includes a downstairs Queen bedroom with ensuite, an upstairs King master suite with spa bath, and three additional bedrooms. Each bathroom is luxuriously appointed. Garage excluded from guest access. Pets are not permitted. A true resort-style haven. *Please note that linen is included when booking this property* A refundable Bond is required in addition to your nightly tariff for all bookings, in case of accidental damage. The refundable Bond will be returned back to you, subject to an inspection of the property on your departure.
