We emigrated to Aruba to fulfill our dream of renovating and managing a small apartment complex. Since August 2023, we have been open and have had the pleasure of welcoming many wonderful guests from all over the world. Rock Palma Apartments is a cozy complex with 3 apartments, located in the heart of the Paraguana neighborhood (Tanki Leendert) on Aruba. Just a 10-minute drive away, you'll find the island’s most beautiful beaches, lively restaurants, and attractions. The apartments feature both a front and rear terrace, and there is a beautiful shared garden with a saltwater pool and a rock formation adorned with indigenous drawings. The accommodations are equipped with Wi-Fi and a fully equipped kitchen, including a coffee machine (with unlimited filter coffee, sugar, and tea available), a Nespresso machine, oven, microwave, blender, and kettle. Each apartment has two bedrooms; Apartment 1 has 2 bathrooms, while Apartments 2 and 3 have 1 bathroom each. Please note that the living rooms do not have air conditioning, but the bedrooms are fully air-conditioned!
