I am an outgoing person that likes to welcome guests and let's them feel at home. I am sure that people will like the apartment, it's location and everything it has to offer. If I rent an apartment myself, I want a luxurious apartment that gives me the feeling I got value for money. It is not easy to find this in a rental place.. till now.
