We would love to have you in our luxury holiday villa. This brand new villa was recently built in 2023. Have you and your family, friends or loved one become interested? Then read on and come one of the first to enjoy the ultimate vacation on the beautiful Caribbean island of Aruba. The space What makes this villa unique is its modern character with an Aruban look. The spectacular garden with a large swimming pool with several seats has an unobstructed view of nature. The villa has 3 bedrooms with double beds. One bedroom has an attached bathroom. In addition, the villa has a second bathroom, toilet, a modern kitchen with cooking island and a spacious living room with a high ceiling. Aruba is a tropical destination that has much to offer. First, of course, the sun. But also nature, for example the Arikok National Park, various hiking trails, pristine nature and water sports such as wind and kite surfing. This villa has all the amenities required for a relaxing holiday. In addition to the spacious swimming pool to cool off in, the garden also has an outdoor shower and there are several shaded places to enjoy the views, or to just unplug and unwind. Inside, the villa in the living room and bedroom has an air conditioner. There is a 65' TV with a wide range of channels and sports channels (American and Dutch). The villa also features WIFI, which makes it ideal for working or streaming. The villa has 110V and 220V sockets. The villa is located in a residential area in the North region, so you will not be bothered by through traffic. Within 1 car continuut you are on the main road! So the villa has a central location for a relaxing holiday! We recommend getting a rental rental in Aruba, please feel free to ask any questions you may have for advice.
