Nice apartment property located in prime location. 5 minutes walk from the Aruba Marriott / Ritz Carlton. The property consists of 3 independent apartments. 1 studio, 1 double room and 1 One bedroom. At the other house close by, we have a studio and a 1 one bedroom. The properties have pool, BBQ area, lounge chairs and outside dinning.
It is a 5 minutes walk from the Palm Beach and a 10 minutes walk from Palm Beach Plaza, Paseo Herencia, and the tourist boulevard. We look forward to welcoming our guests at the properties. All the amenities are the same, both are wonderfully located.
