Stan je revoniran i potpuno opremljen, sastoji se od dnevne sobe, spavaće sobe, kuhinje sa trpezarijom, wc-a, balkona, hodnika i ostave u kojoj je smještena veš mašina. Stan je opremljen svim neophodnim sadržajem za ugodan boravak (klima inverter uređaj, kablovska tv, internet, kuhinja, veš mašina itd...).
