The apartments offer smart TVs, microwaves. There are KING-SIZE beds with extra-comfy memory foam mattresses and hypoallergenic and fluffy pillows. The electrical circuits are extra-safe, as the additional safety fuse has been installed.

Close to everything! The very center, yet quite a peaceful location and safe neighborhood. Free public parking is all around the building. The residents are the owners of the condos in this building.
