Chalet Sedmica is a charming old house built in Alpine style. Conveniently located next to piste 7 (the piste that diverges from piste 1 in the lower part), it offers a warm refuge for skiers - your new home is accessible on skis during night skiing, or even when the top of Jahorina is closed due to strong winds. The house is located next to the main road and has a parking lot, which is always available to guests without additional payment. Despite its age, the house is functional and clean. On the ground floor, it has its own ski room, bathroom, kitchen with dining room, living room with a wood-burning fireplace and a sofa bed, and a room that is unfurnished and can be used as a storage room for your luggage or as a children's playroom. Upstairs there are two sleeping rooms with five beds. Behind the house is a yard where your children can spend the day playing in the snow, while you watch them from the warm living room. The house is equipped with free WiFi, all necessary kitchen equipment, flat-screen TV, towels, and bed linen. The house is very warm - it is heated with electricity and wood-burning fireplace. The house is 500 meters from the bottom of Poljica, shops and restaurants are in the immediate vicinity. This cottage is ideal for those who appreciate the timeless appeal of the classic Alpine experience, with all the essential comforts at their fingertips.

We are a relaxed couple from Slovenia and Bosnia with two little boys. We're vivid skiers and snowboarders, and we consider Jahorina our second home. During our 2-year stay in this house, we've gathered memories we will never forget.

Balvaniste is a quiet neighborhood, yet located perfectly on ski slope 7 and Sanjkaliste, as well as easily accessed by car. Restaurants and shops are nearby. One of the best locations on the mountain.
