The Villa is located near the beautiful "Koćuša" waterfall, at the coast of the river flowing from the waterfall, the environment is very calming as the river's flow gives an ambient sound. The villa offers nice views, such as one from the balcony, or the pool; to the grassy lawn with a badminton court, the river and the falling trees hanging above it.
It's my first time hosting the property, but I'm very excited to accommodate You and be of any needed service.
The neighborhood is extremely friendly, our nearest neighbors host apartments, high quality restaurants and a café, making our Villa stationed in between them, giving the guests easy access to such activities. The main attraction of the neighborhood would be the waterfall which is located just 300 meters away.
