Holland Park villa was built as my personal holiday retreat away from my UK based property business. My family and friends have enjoyed many stays at Holland Park and it is my true home from home. Although I reside in the UK running my Residential, Commercial and Holiday letting business, I have a fabulous local team headed up by Blair who look after our guests and are on hand to provide a local insight to provide the best guest experience .

The villa is in the small development of Colleton Gardens just a couple of minutes drive from Port St Charles , Port Ferdinand the place to see the mega yachts moored and Speightstown which boasts fine dining at Local& Co and Baia, plus Pier One, Sand St Biistro, Orange St Grocer, and great little beach bars at Little Bristol, Barefoot in the bar and the Fisherman’s pub. Speightstown also has a great bakery and small supermarket . Not forgetting of course the absolutely stunning white sand beaches at Heywoods, perfect for swimming Port Ferdinand and the little beach within a few minutes walk at six men’s . Caboose the boat bar by the jetty at Heywoods beach serves the islands best Fish Cutters (sandwiches) and great drinks . We have spent many an afternoon here on the beach watching the turtles and rays glide by ! The Fishpot restaurant is within easy walk and great for lunch or dinner .
