This is conveniently located near the International Convention City Bashundhara (ICCB). Jamuna Future Park shopping centers and many cosmopolitan restaurants are within walking distance. You'll be staying in the upmarket Bashundhara Residential area. This apartment is suitable for families with kids from home or abroad or for business trips. Following house rules are applied for this property. ★ Drugs, smoking, firearms, parties, get-togethers, and celebrations inside the apartment are strictly forbidden. ★ Illegal or unethical activities such as prostitution are not allowed. Only foreigners or Bangladeshi Family bookings are allowed. Bangladeshi marriage certificate must be shown for couples only, non family bookings during check-in. We’ll cancel the booking if a marriage certificate isn’t provided and no money will be refunded. ★All guests must be registered by providing their verified government ID (passport or national ID card).
