Johan has an extensive expertise in sustainable energies, electricity and domotics. Under the name slimme-energie (“smart energy”) he delivers and installs sustainable energy solutions. In Akemi he has installed all sustainable techniques himself. Jeremy is the son of the house, young and active, passionate about film and music. You will find him a perfect host ... Tammy, Aiki, Oshi, Sam and Lou are our dear pets. They are allowed to move freely around the domain ... however the guest rooms are forbidden territory for them.

Akemi is an oasis of peace, located between the green fields and meadows of Zemst. We attach great importance to ecology. For example, we are virtually energy-independent through the use of sustainable energies. Our domotics system optimally manages everything. Each room has a tablet, so you can control the heating, lighting, TV and curtains yourself.
