Anyway, it's finished now, with what we think everything you'll need for a night-over or longer stay. The only space to be shared with the other guests is the outside terrace, and the hallway. After booking, we will contact you through WhatsApp, and send you an instructions pdf about the apartment. Free parking is available, and for bikes we can offer enclosed storage.If you have to park on the street, it'll cost you at least 24 euro's a day in our neighbourhood. IMPORTANT: Ghent is a Low Emission Zone, off which we are just inside. So if you drive an old diesel, check if you're allowed to enter the LEZ here by searching for Gent and LEZ on the internet. Booking doesn't allow me to provide you with the link here. If you are not allowed into the LEZ, as we are just at the beginning, so contact me to meet at the parking lot. There is a possibility to enter the LEZ with your car, after paying. Otherwise you get fined. Be careful and attentive!

We are Jurgen & Tom, a history teacher / museum guide an train conductor. We love hosting guests in our house, in one of our two spaces, the apartment (max. 3 people) upstairs, or the studio (max. 2 persons) downstairs.

We are situated in Macharius-Heirnis, about 200 metres from Gent Dampoort train station (the station nearest to the city-centre), and 900 metres from city-hall and St Baafs cathedral, along the canal, that connects the Port of Ghent, with the river through the city-centre.
