PLEASE NOTE: Only one holiday cottage is presented in various forms. RESULT: Maximum 14 people in total. A convivial moment with family or friends is an unforgettable experience. A wide range of equipment is available, including raclette and fondue sets. You will find all the information you need to get around, including wheelchair access, but please note that the cottage and its ground floor bedroom are accessible to all. Your rental includes bed linen and towels, cleaning, taxes, rubbish collection, etc. The ground floor is very spacious and includes a large professional kitchen. A bedroom with two twin beds and an adapted shower room, both located on the ground floor, can accommodate two people who have difficulty climbing stairs. On the first floor, you will find four large bedrooms: two bedrooms with twin beds and their own private shower room, sink and toilet, and two bedrooms with double beds and a sofa bed for two people, their own large bathroom with bathtub, double sink and toilet. On the second floor, you will find a shiatsu massage chair, an exercise bike, an infrared sauna and, in the adjoining room, a mini table football table. The large flower-filled terrace, equipped with a barbecue and everything you need, is ideal for meals in fine weather. No parking problems. Guest access: You will have full access to the accommodation in this very quiet hamlet. Other remarks Please note that a deposit of 500 is required on arrival. It can be paid in cash upon presentation of a receipt or, better still, directly into the bank account that will be provided to you. Together, we will read the three meters, which will be billed at cost: water at 6.50/m³, electricity at 1/kWh, and fuel oil at 7.50/hour of operation. When you leave, please take photos of the meter
