It is well stipulated that dogs cannot climb on the bed and on the couches.

It is requested that the dog or cat(s) sleep or rest in the niche below the television or in the winter living room. Dogs and cats are not allowed in the bedroom, bathroom, or on the sofas. This is for hygiene and the comfort of other guests. Thank you for your understanding. Sanitary hygiene and animal walking are done outside the property.

When travelling with pets, please note that an extra charge of 20 euros per pet, per night applies. Please note that a maximum of 3 pet(s) is allowed .

The apartment is kept at a constant temperature of 19-20°C. Heating is on from October 15th to mid-April, depending on the weather.

During this heating season, to maintain a temperature of 19-22°C, a supplement of €5 per night will be charged, as well as a supplement of €2 per night for electricity consumption. Thank you for your understanding.
