This comfortable and convenient studio flat (35m²) is located in a superb Belle Epoque town house in the much sought-after Montgomery neighbourhood, two metro stops away from Schuman station. The apartment is rented fully-furnished and ready to live with : - Free unlimited high-speed Internet connection (Wi-Fi) - Smart TV with Amazon Prime Video (subscription included), YouTube, etc. (please note that there are no traditional TV channels, except those available through their apps) - Bedlinen and towels included - Fully-equipped kitchen with microwave, coffee machine, electric kettle, toaster, pots and pans, plates, bowls, glasses, and cooking utensils - Body soap, shampoo and toilet paper are all included. There is also a hair-dryer. - Free use of washing machine and tumble dryer
The studio is located in a historic townhouse in a safe and pleasant residential neighbourhood close to the city centre. The high social standing of the area makes it a privileged place for businesses and embassies. It is 2 metro stops away from Schuman station (EU Commission) or a pleasant 15-minute walk across the Jubilee Park (Parc du Cinquantenaire). There are 3 metro stations, one tramway stop and one bus stop within a few minutes walk, allowing you easy access to most of Brussels. The Central Station (for the Grand Place) is 5 metro stops away, while the University of Brussels (VUB and ULB) can be reached by tramway in 10 to 15 minutes.
