Private floor of a mansion dating back to 1886, carefully renovated. The building is emblematic of Verviers during the glorious era of the industrial revolution, when the wool-producing town enjoyed international renown. It is a listed building with an enclosed garden and a majestic purple beech tree: a corner of the countryside in the heart of the city. When rented, the entire floor is private. The apartment is located on the top floor (the 3rd). It has two bedrooms and a private bathroom with a toilet (this is for the exclusive use of the apartment's occupants, whose rooms will never be rented separately). Visitors have access to the living room (60m²), which includes a fully equipped kitchen (ceramic hob, fridge-freezer, microwave and traditional oven), an island with 6 high chairs and a seating area (reading, television). The living room has heating and air conditioning, two Velux windows, and each bedroom has a Velux window. For meals, guests have access to a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary amenities. Breakfast can be requested at an additional cost.. Guests have their own dedicated space and privacy. Wine is available as an option. Meals ordered locally can be delivered. Each bedroom is equipped with new, high-quality bedding (1.60 m and 1.40 m). In the street and in the nearby neighbourhood, there is a bakery, a butcher's/delicatessen/cheese shop, an Italian delicatessen and a delicatessen, and a grocery shop further up the street. There are also numerous restaurants, a greengrocer's (fruit and vegetables) and a general grocery shop. The central station is a 3-minute walk away. The apartment's private bathroom is for the exclusive use of the apartment's occupants. NB: offices and a meeting room with kitchen facilities can be booked on the ground floor (separate rates apply). On request, a shuttle service can be provided with an external provider.

The neighbourhood is located at the foot of the residential areas and shops of Heusy. Street parking during the day only (9 a.m. to 6 p.m.): parking disc required. The accommodation is well located for exploring the Hautes-Fagnes and visiting the Spa-Francorchamps circuit.
