The flat is brand new and equipped with all the facilities you need for a pleasant stay. You'll feel right at home here. The flat is on 2 opposite sides of the building, making it pleasant and bright. The bedrooms are spacious and very relaxing. Each has its own bathroom with bath or shower.
I'm a passionate, sociable person. I like games, intellectual sports, languages and I'm curious about everything. I like to welcome travellers as best I can by communicating with them before they arrive, informing them of the possibilities on site and providing them with every comfort.
The location is exceptional. The building complex is brand new, with a mix of residential and office space, next to a park and a water feature. The area is quiet and pedestrianised. At the foot of the flat is a traditional bakery that will delight your taste buds! You can walk to the centre of Louvain-la-Neuve in just 10 minutes. Secure bike storage is available. The building is built on the extension of a new railway station, which will soon provide a direct link to Brussels, and is located between the centre of Louvain-la-Neuve and the E411 motorway linking Brussels/Namur/Luxembourg.
