Welcome to De Pagode, a beautifully restored 1930s villa in the heart of Duinbergen, where heritage charm meets warm, modern coastal living. Just steps from the beach, this is a place made for long mornings, slow afternoons and cosy evenings that bring everyone together. It’s an inviting retreat you’ll want to return to, season after season.
The villa accommodates up to eight guests and feels instantly welcoming, with bright living spaces, a fully equipped open kitchen and a calm, soft palette throughout. Three comfortable double bedrooms are located on the first floor, along with two bathrooms featuring walk-in showers; the main bathroom also includes a bathtub, perfect for relaxing moments. The attic level offers a charming extra bedroom with two single beds, an ideal hideaway for children or additional guests.
Large windows open to a sun-soaked terrace overlooking the private pool (heated from April to September). A built-in barbecue and outdoor fireplace set the tone for summer lunches, slow aperitifs and evenings spent enjoying the coastal air. Guests have full private access to all indoor and outdoor areas, including a spacious driveway and garage (parking for up to 4 cars), rare and highly appreciated along the Belgian coast. High-speed WiFi and a fully equipped kitchen ensure an easy, comfortable stay.
De Pagode enjoys a peaceful location in elegant Duinbergen, within walking distance of the beach, promenade, cafés and bakeries. Knokke’s boutiques and restaurants are nearby, and scenic cycling routes lead through the dunes and towards Het Zwin. Duinbergen Station and the Coastal Tram are just a short walk away.
Your stay includes fresh linens and professional cleaning coordinated by Linnois. To preserve the villa’s heritage charm, smoking and parties are not allowed.
