A pleasant apartment with terrace and garden in a house divided into 3 units. 3 bedrooms on the ground floor. Quietly located in the Guldenvlieslaan, in the beautiful residential area of Koksijde. Perfect for a family stay (max 6 people). No smoking, no pets allowed. The apartment consists of an entrance hall, a living/dining room, a separate kitchen with all comforts, a separate toilet and a shower room. 3 bedrooms, 2 of which have a double bed (180 x 200 cm and 140 x 200 cm) and 1 children's room with 1 bunk bed. Large storage room to store your bikes and beach gear. Free parking in front of the house.
