Rosemary and Pieter welcome you. La Canopée des Arbres which freely translated means the tops of the trees, wants people to enjoy the beautiful and unique environment of a forest edge. Relax, and do nothing in the forest garden, enjoy a walk, a bike ride, a family trip (Pairi Daiza), a cultural trip (Bruges, Ghent, Antwerp, Brussels) a culinary trip, it's all possible. La Canopée des Arbres has two accommodations, an apartment that can accommodate 6 people (Juliette), and a room with bathroom that can accommodate 2 people (Anna). Both accommodations have a separate and private entrance. So it is also possible to enjoy them in a group of 8 people. And to book both accommodations together. On request, you can also book a relaxing facial treatment, body scrub with magnesium or wrap with Dead Sea mud.

Charming Studio at the Edge of the Forest – Peace, Nature & Wellness Welcome to our cozy 30 m² studio, perfect for two guests. The studio features a private bathroom with toilet, a comfortable sitting area, a snug bedroom, a fully equipped kitchenette, and a dining area. Everything you need is provided to prepare and enjoy delicious meals in comfort. The studio is located at the edge of a vast forest – a peaceful setting where nature takes center stage. It's the ideal place to unwind and relax, surrounded by birds, deer, and other forest wildlife that frequently visit the expansive 6,000 m² woodland garden. Wellness & Relaxation Enjoy the swimming pool (heated from April 15 to September 15), offering a breathtaking view of the forest and the picturesque ‘Pays des Collines’. A hot tub and an infrared sauna are also available on-site and can be reserved for an additional fee. The pool and garden are shared with one other accommodation on the property. This studio is the perfect spot for a romantic weekend getaway, a relaxing midweek break, or a peaceful week-long holiday.

The accommodation is located in the folk village of Ellezelles in the heart of Pays Des Collines province of Hainaut. You can depart from the accommodation for a walk via hiking node or maps. Given its location at the edge of the forest, you can already discover the unique Bois d'Hubermont on foot. By (electric) bike, you can discover the wider region. The region is known for its gastronomy with among others Les Frères Louise (Guide Michelin 2023), Le Château du Mylord (2 stars restaurant), Maison D, Le Vieux Château (1 star restaurant) and offers numerous possibilities to enjoy a delicious meal. The studio has easy access to cities such as Ronse, Oudenaarde, Tournai, Lille Ghent, Antwerp, Bruges, Brussels and the Belgian coastal cities.
