Recently renovated apartment! Bright and spacious - nice and cool in the summer, powerfull central heating for winter period. Fast WiFi network, with additional internet cable for home-working and new large 4K flat screen TV and also Disney channel for the kids... Fully equipped kitchen: combined oven, microwave, airfryer, fridge, dishwasher and washing machine, etc ... Laundry is available at optional cost. Move out cleaning, respecting the sanitary desinfection rules is mandatory for fix rate.
Apartment is part of a small-scale villa style building. Spacious apartment of 80 m2. Ideally located, right behind the dunes, on a pitch from the beach, the sailing club, the dunes and the forest! Safe walking to and from the beach for the children. In the winter it is nicely situated and protected from the cold Western wind. On arrival and departure you have ample space to load or unload the car on a wide private entrance. Large parking space included in a closed common garage: 2 bicycles are provided! Large, sunny, wind-free and quiet terrace available.
