Big room perfect for 1 person who have an activity to do in the surroundings in Louvain la neuve, Axis Park in Mont/St/Guibert, Ottignies, Wavre....) but it doesn't suit for holidays and stay all day because it is a private house and garden. You may use the terrace but the garden is private, BBQ,is not allowed, moderate alcohol , no smoking and the respect of the quietness of this place is important for my neighbors. It is not allowed to invite people into the property (inside and outside). It's our personal house where you rent a room with big bathroom and what is necessary to make coffee , tea , to warm a dish but it's not a real kitchen. it s not available for wheelchairs 2 nights min There is a private parking in front of the house but it is too small for trucks.
Welcome ! You will find here a very quiet place surrounded by big trees and a little river, 5 minutes away from the very nice university and city of Louvain la neuve
Very close, in Louvain La neuve, there are a lots of shops, restaurants, 2 beautiful museum (Museum Hergé and musée L of art and sciences of the university), beautiful walkings , a big lake, 2 forests (Bois des rêves and Bois de Lauzelle)
