This spacious holiday home accommodates up to 14 guests, making it ideal for family gatherings or group retreats. Enjoy two cozy lounges, a sunny terrace, and exceptional views of the surrounding countryside. Located just minutes from Spa and 20 minutes from the Francorchamps circuit, this home is a perfect base for hiking, sightseeing, or motorsport fans. Visit nearby attractions like the Musée du Fort de Tancrémont, Château de Franchimont, and Forestia animal park. A supermarket is nearby, and Theux train station is only 3.5 km away. The fully equipped kitchen includes a cooker, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and coffee machine. Start your mornings with breakfast on the terrace, and for a small fee, enjoy a match on the nearby tennis court (equipment not provided).
