- The apartment is situated on the ground floor of a larger house where the owner lives (one floor higher).
- You have exclusively and privately a bedroom with shower, a kitchen, and a salon/office space with bathroom.
- You have your private and discreet entry door for the apartment at the right hand side of the house.
- You share a hallway (with washing machine and dryer) with the owner. The hallway is also the owner's access to the garage. He may pass for 30 seconds 2 or 3 times a day. The hallway is also your access to your private kitchen.
- You have your own outside parking space at the right hand side of the entry (please, leave the garage door free at all times) or on the street in front of the little chapel at the house (the neighbourhood is very quiet and safe).
- The interior decoration has mostly nature, flowery and some childlike religious imagery.
