Steven and Evelien would like to welcome you to their completely renovated holiday home L'Avventura located in the heart of the Westhoek in Zonnebeke. Our holiday home offers a unique mix of tranquility, history and adventure with numerous cycling and walking routes.
L' Avventura is located within walking distance of Bellewaerde (600m from the back entrance) - Bellewaerde Aquapark (1.5km) and the Polygon Forest. The historic city of Ypres is 5km away.
On the ground floor: staircase with child gate, living room with fully equipped open kitchen, 1 bedroom with 2 separate box springs of 90cm, bathroom with walk-in shower and double sink, separate toilet, laundry room with washing machine.
1st Floor: 2 bedrooms each with a box spring of 160cm, small dressing. All bedrooms have shutters and air conditioning (heating/cooling).
Bicycle storage for 6 bicycles (possibility to charge the bicycles). Enclosed garden with 2 terraces.
Relive history in Zonnebeke and Ypres: discover the impressive stories of the First World War in the Memorial Museum Passchendaele 1917 in the Castle Grounds of Zonnebeke. Take a walk along the silent witnesses of the battlefield and visit the serene military cemeteries such as Tyne Cot Cemetery. Also visit the iconic Menin Gate, the In Flanders Fields Museum and other historical sites that take you back to the First World War. Be moved during the Last Post ceremony in Ypres.
