Welcome to Nieuwpoort! Welcome to Saillor's Beach! Sailor's Beach in Nieuwpoort is a unique location on the Belgian coast. Located near the old marina 6 apartment villas with each 24 apartments, and the additional bonus of a beautiful recreation area of 2000m². You will not find this anywhere else along the Belgian coast ! This apartment in Villa Moya is a new apartment with all luxury, 2 bedrooms, a spacious terrace with roof garden of 60m2 and lounge area. Absolute highlight is the recreation area of 2000m2. This area is only accessible to guests of Sailor's Beach and includes: - Heated swimming pool 20m x 6m - Heated paddling pool for children - lounge chairs - Beach volleyball - Sandbox with playground - 3 petanque fields - Additional sanitary facilities (showers, toilets and changing table)
