Als zakenman kom ik Nieuwpoort tot rust. Zon, zee, goede restaurants laat ons toe om optimaal te genieten. Voor de vrouwtjes biedt Nieuwpoort tal van mooie winkels. Voor ieder wat wils. Zo is iedereen tevreden

Voor de wandelaars is er een directe verbinding vanuit het gebouw met de verkeersvrije wandelgaanderij aan de havengeul. zeer rustig en toch dicht bij zee, haven, Brugge (35 km), gent (80 km), Rijsel (85 km), Londen via Calais. Door de aanwezigheid van de vissershaven is Nieuwpoort een must voor de visliefhebber. Op wandelafstand zijn tal van culinaire restaurants te vinden.
