Welcome to the new, sunny apartment "4 Seasons, A1", just 800 m from the Pedestrian street! All major sights of Plovdiv are within walking distance - the Ancient Amphitheater, the Ancient Roman Stadium, the Old Town, Kapana, the garden of Tsar Simeon. This 30 sq.m. apartment is located in a new building, on the ground floor, with a separate entrance from a side yard. Free street parking in front. The space is divided into a bedroom with two single beds, a living room with a sofa bed and a stylish kitchenette in the middle. Fully furnished and equipped. It is suitable for 2-3 guests. At any time you can bring out a small table with chairs in the yard and enjoy your break. In the kitchen, you will find coffee, a variety of teas, salt, sugar, sunflower oil, olive oil, balsamic and wine vinegar and all needed. Toshiba's new inverter air conditioner maintains a comfortable temperature in winter and summer, plus an additional 2kw fan heater in the bathroom. A 50 l fast heating boiler provides hot bathing water. An instant water heater is for the kitchen sink. Be our guest and enjoy your stay in the oldest living city in Europe.
We open this apartment to make you feel like "at home" during your stay in Plovdiv. Whether you are traveling for business or pleasure, in the "4 Seasons, A1" apartment you will find peace and privacy, within easy reach of all the major sights in Plovdiv.
