Apartment BlueSunrise Comfort is located in a modern building 100 m (direct line and 350 m on foot) from Kabakum beach, located 10 km from the center of Varna. Two-room apartment, on the 1st floor - Offers a large terrace facing a spacious sea view, air conditioning, large TV, equipped kitchen, fridge and freezer, coffee machine, toaster, washing machine and own parking space.

The apartment is located in a quiet area in the Alen Mak area next to Kabakum beach (located 350m - 5 minutes walk). Nearby there are two small grocery stores, a Lidl store 2 km away (5 minutes by car), numerous beach restaurants, bars, a guarded beach equipped with umbrellas and sunbeds and service, sea attractions - jets, a water bike, a surf school, inflatables bananas and scooter-towed parachutes, etc. The Golden Sands resort complex is 4 km away, where there is a large Aqua Park and other amusement attractions. kk St. Konstantin and Elena is located 3 km away.
