Property information

The apartment is located just 10 minutes from the city center by public transport. It is located 5 minutes' walk from Mall Bulgaria and 10 minutes from South Park. 200m away is the best FITNESS & SPA center: PULSE, and if you book more than 7 nights with us, we will provide you with a free one-time visit to it. The apartment is fully furnished and the kitchen has everything you need. Parking in the neighborhood is FREE, so you can park your car without a fee. If you prefer your car to be parked in a dedicated parking lot, there is a guarded parking lot 10 meters from the building. We expect people to act like adults and respect property as their own. This would mean no damage to the apartment and no excessive noise.
