We are situated right above Borovets ski resort and 100m on foot from the Yastrebets 3 ski slope. That allows skiers direct access to the nearest lift in 650m - Yastrebets express ski lift. And in 2km you can reach the Gondola lift and the rest of the central ski resort. Our apartment is on the 2nd floor and has a covered terrace with a view of the forest and consists of a living room with a very well-equipped kitchenette, a separate bedroom, and a bathroom with a toilet. For an additional fee, guests can take advantage of the hotel's spa, indoor pool and gym.

Greetings! I hope you will feel at home in our cozy family's apartment in the mountains. If you need anything or have questions, don't hesitate to contact me.

During the active winter season, there is a ski storage room, rental equipment and ski school nearby. Numerous hiking trails, the famous Musala peak and the popular Beli Iskar Eco Trail are also in the area. There are 2 playgrounds available around the complex.
