Digital Nomads friendly, the apartment is 90 sq.m, completely renovated at the summer of 2024. => The place is suitable for up to 5 people due to its size and amenities. => In the first bedroom, you can relax on the comfortable mattress of our King Size bed and store your clothing in the extensive wardrobe-like shelves. There are LED roof lights for extra coziness. => There is a TV that supports a lot of channels => In the second bedroom you will be able to find a second quite comfy King Size bed, a working space, another wardrobe and access to a nice terrace overlooking a quiet street. We have an old-school classic Piano to make your group's evenings delightful (as long as somebody can play the piano). => We also have a smaller expandable chair (170/80) for our little guests. => A second TV is present in the living room which supports more than 100 TV channels which you can enjoy from our comfortable sofa and chairs. => The place is comfortable as a working HUB as it has fast Wi-Fi (100 MBPs) and a "working" space. (cable connection also available inside the apartment) => In the Kitchen room, you can find everything that you need for cooking, including a stove, oven, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, large fridge, and last but not least - a dishwasher (for your convenience)! Inside the cupboard, you will find plenty of products for cooking including salt, pepper, oil, different spices, etc. => There is a large table that can fit all of the guests comfortably => Washing machine available as well. NB! - The apt has 2 ACs for the warmer summer days + 3 electrical heaters for the cold winter days - The apt is located on the third floor and there is a lift that you can use. The Apt is located in the Literal Heart of Sofia. 20 seconds away is the "Serdika" station, which is the main underground station that provides direct link to Sofia's Airport, Train and Bus stations as well as most of the neighborhoods. The main attraction of Sofia "Alexander Nevski" cathedral is 15 minutes away by foot as well as the main walking street "Vitosha" - 10 minutes.
